I called Valleywide about a month ago asking if I could surrender my green cheek conure. Sadly, they were not getting the attention they deserved. The owner so graciously was willing to take Luna in. This very morning , just shy of a month, they called me to let me know Luna has found a a forever home. I am so grateful for Valleywide taking care of my birdie when I was unable to do so. Thank you.

I found myself in a challenging situation with my African Grey after my husband passed away. I called Valleywide Parrot Rescue and Ben was at my house the same day. Not only did he and his mom take amazing care of her, they found her a wonderful new home within a few weeks. Thank you for everything you do!

Mcfly is a very affectionate sulfur crested cockatoo. He has a wide vocabulary and speaks extremely clearly. He prefers women.

Ella is very fun, cuddly and talkative. She has a vas vocabulary and perfers men.
FUN FACT: she's like a grandma, her bedtime is at 4:30.

Zazu is an extremely affectionate Umbrella Cockatoo. He is such a cuddle bug and is absolutely hilarious.

Sunny is One of the friendliest sun conures that we have had in a while. That said, because of how social she is, she needs a home that can give her attention all day long. Anytime she's in the cage, she wants to get out and curl up on your lap or shoulder.

Very Quickly Sam warmed up to us. He loves to spend time with the family, and is especially happy when he can snag a snack during dinner. He is a big dancer and loves being cuddled.

*Must be adopted with Ross*. Baby is a wholesome African Grey. Her right wing was amputated several years ago due to a tumor. She is very friendly and loves to cuddle. She relies on her big brother Ross and he is her protector.

Ducky is a super talkative Amazon. She needs some warming up to get her out of her cage and to start playing, but she is always down to have a full on conversation.

Previously named Crazy(we just had to change his name), Hawk is an intelligent, emotionally hurt Amazon that needs a home that can truly care and understand him. He hasn't had the easiest life, but we believe he just needs to find that special person who will love him forever.
Raya
Raya, originally named Mariah, only to turn out to be a boy. We have been training him, and are making huge progress. He got more comfortable stepping up, but our biggest concern is his screeching. He is one of the loudest birds we've had at the rescue. The way we are addressing it is by ignoring him when he screeches and rewarding him when he is quiet for a long periods of time. We are currently looking for a home that is able to accommodate his noise.

He is super energetic and has a personality of his own. It's fun to watch him make decisions and figure things out.
Kiwi
Kiwi is incredibly energetic, playful and kind. She requires a lot of sugar to keep her energy up. Instead of eating seeds, She eats Nectar, flower buds and berries. Not too different from Hummingbirds!
Guapo
Guapo is a young red and green Macaw. He is very social and can add a lot of fun to Your family. He loves hanging out and understands Spanish. ''Hola''
Pancho
Pancho is a Young energetic Ringneck. He loves to fly around and play with his foraging ball. The coolest thing about Pancho is that he loves to drop beats... Seriously. He plays all kinds of songs and melodies, sometimes from memory, sometimes from what he is listening to.

She likes her cage and her blue perch and biting paper, shredding it with her beak into confetti. She loves sitting on our shoulders and picking at our shirts until we have holes in them. She loves taking showers or running down my arm when I am doing dishes so she can take a “shower” under the kitchen faucet. She snuggles with us when we watch movies. She likes it when we talk to her and pretend rap to her. She imitates laughing, the microwave and oven beeps, and violin.
Hope
